GBM was founded and is led by three senior Defence professionals with complementary backgrounds spanning management consulting, transactions and corporate finance, industrial leadership, engineering and Defence programme delivery. All three have extensive experience working with UK Defence and allied governments, holding relevant clearances.
GBM is an operating investment platform. Where GBM deploys capital, the founders remain closely involved as operating partners: setting the value-creation agenda, challenging performance, supporting management and ensuring that the investment thesis translates into operational results.
